How does the service look like on a daily basis?
We establish a communication channel (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.) and address any specific requests as a true teammate would. Additionally, we actively manage the platform for you, allowing you to focus solely on interviews and company strategy, whether you choose to involve us or not.
How does the pricing work?
We base our pricing on two key aspects:
- The number of hires required according to your Hiring and Business Plan.
- Any additional areas, beyond candidate sourcing, where you may need support.
That said, every client receives tailor-made proposals that may adjust if there are no new hires planned in the upcoming months. At that point, the agreement shifts to "maintenance mode" to ensure the talent acquisition funnels and SaaS continue to work effectively for you.
What if I already have and ATS or similar tool?
We always recommend transitioning to our system due to its higher ROI. However, we can work with any existing ATS, as our team has experience with over 100 different solutions and are experts in optimizing them.
