So, how does it work?

We are aware your talent data base is one of your most important assess. We've build internal technologies to assist you during the migration with ease.

Export

We will help you collect and export business data (candidates, clients, finance, etc.) from your existing tech stack. The process may take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your current operations and providers.

Data Clean & Import

We will ensure the quality of your data, remove duplicates, discard blank entries, and upload the data to your Mainder company account. Depending on the amount of data, this process migh take between 1-4 weeks.

Hand off

Over the past few weeks, you and your team have been using the platform and receiving training. All our clients are able to operate the platform independently within one month.
